Perspective Shift of Juniper Green, Vitality of Grass Green and Freshness of Green Tea constitute the virtue of Growth, an indispensable part of being alive.

The sympathetic nervous system is commonly known for a “fight-or-flight” response to stress that activates almost every other system in the physical body and slows down digestion. Stress by itself is not harmful or destructive, it is an integral part of Life and lies behind any action, it is motivating and driving us to move forward. However, the response to stress can be damaging and debilitating. Over-achievement, perfectionism, competitiveness on the “fight” side of the spectrum and lethargy, numbness, indifference on the “flight” side. These extremes are mere reactive habits of our nervous system that provide us with a false feeling of safety.

Verdelite light introduces a frequency of true Safety to our always alert nervous system. It takes the pressure off our kidneys that tend to overproduce adrenaline and cortisol the bloodstream is constantly flooded with. It allows us to move and act with a slow and steady pace without procrastination and hesitation, to recognize and appreciate small steps we are making every day, to support the progress with a cooperative and cheerful mind. Growth is not linear, it moves along the upward curve. It starts slow, gradually accelerates and resolves into a sudden leap of Blossoming and Bearing Fruit. No one can tell when the time of this leap is due to come. It is always anticipated but can never be predicted. It is a miracle, a gift Verdelite light of Growth gives to humble, patient and devoted gardeners of Life.

Gaia is the soul of the Earth, the planet we are currently living on. We take for granted her unique galactic essence due to a spiritual amnesia our souls sign up for in order to incarnate here. Gaia is a sacred place where souls can exercise their Free Will and experience Linear Time. Combination of these two factors conjurs up fertile environment for unprecedented Growth. We observe it in nature through seasonal cycles, while enjoying lavish spring blossom and striking autumn decay. We feel it from within by undergoing radical physical, emotional, mental and spiritual changes compressed in a very short, from galactic perspective, lifespan. A symbol of Perspective Shift is an inverted maze, a constantly growing labyrinth of thoughts, notions and ideas we tend to get lost in. If we look at the picture on the card we’ll see that usual sandy pathways are not leading anywhere. But if we shift the focus from familiar grooves to green walls of the maze itself, then suddenly we can find a solution to a puzzle, we can get to the center of the labyrinth and have the whole picture not distorted by any optical illusion. Perspective Shift implies that we move up to a Higher Perspective, that we stop seeking solace in well known dead ends and reach out to the Divine that can truly support us and hold up the light for us. We are introducing a new dimension to our nervous system. Instead of meandering along the horizontal axis of pessimistic fatalism and self-pity we grab a ladder of Awareness and climb up the vertical axis of Personal Responsibility and Creativity. Perspective Shift requires blazing Audacity to see and acknowledge without any judgment where we are, optimistic Determination to get to the point we want to be at and deep Humility to rely on the Divine.

Its woody stems or culms are stimulated by cutting. Any adversity, any deprivation, any lack is taken by wise bamboo as an opportunity for Growth.

Vitality does not depend on any conditions and circumstances. It honors life in any situation and takes it as a chance to thrive and propagate. There is no expectation, no comparison, no hesitation, no doubt. There is only a strong and playful will to be, to praise this Existence by Presence and Growth. It is the foundation of Evolution.

Vitality also reminds us about our own Determination that moves us from one incarnation to another to obtain higher knowledge of Unconditional Love. We keep showing up from one lifetime to another to meet our soul tribe, to share our gifts and to create inspiring stories of Life. Vitality is rooted in Gratitude for Life. It never takes it for granted. Neither this particular expression in the form of a physical body, nor the divine principle of the whole Existence. Vitality sees and cherishes the gift of Life in all creatures and even objects, created with Love and Integrity. It recognizes the spark of Life in every action, thought and feeling and gives them time to grow and evolve.

It pairs up with Flexibility and Adaptability that increases neuroplasticity of our nervous system.

The ability to look at reality with fresh eyes opens us up to miracles. Everyone wants to experience a miracle as some kind of spontaneous spectacle of magic that will stop one on its track and convert into a full believer of the divine. The truth is that absolutely everything around us is a working miracle. Our conspicuous presence within the physical body on the planet warmed up by a star rotating in one of sleeves of the Milky Way galaxy somewhere in the Laniakea Supercluster is an absolutely astounding miracle. Healthy functioning of a physical body with millions simultaneous chemical reactions, cell reproduction and utilization is an exceptional miracle. Only when continuity of these miracles gets interrupted by a disease or a cataclysm do they enter our conscious mind. However, if we start looking through the filter of Freshness at everything, especially the most mundane things in life, we’ll enter such a state where we will be able to witness miraculous transformations, encounters and wonders in unfathomable ways.

The easiest way to slow down the heart rate is to get out into nature and to tune to the heartbeat of Mother Earth, to the frequency of 7.83 Hz, also known as the “Schumann resonance”. It alters the frequency of brainwaves as well. They start oscillating with a frequency range of 4-8 Hz, known as Theta waves that induce a meditative state of mind.

Openness is not just a quality of an outgoing extravert saying “yes” to the world. The medium tone of cool Jungle Green light replenishes us and opens up to Abundance. Lack is an illusion that a struggling and anxious mind creates. Fear and anxiety trigger a “fight-or-flight” response of the sympathetic nervous system. The heart rate increases, muscles contract, including diaphragm, the muscle responsible for breathing. Contracted diaphragm makes breathing shallow and fast that diminishes intake of air into the lungs and therefore amount of oxygen in the bloodstream. As a result we find ourselves lacking the most available element. We keep fighting for air with more intensity and cannot get enough. The lack is magically resolved as soon as we take a deep breath in. The parasympathetic nervous system kicks in, the diaphragm with all other muscles relaxes and lungs receive as much air as needed effortlessly. Abundance is always available, always present. We just need to relax and let Abundance come in.

Abundance is not a privilege one must compete for with others either. Abundance is unlimited and sufficient for everyone. The lush vegetation of a jungle thrives without any competition. Each plant due to its needs finds a perfect place in the complex ecosystem and receives as much sunlight and air as it can process. Moss and ferns thriving on the floor layer of the rainforest would have been burnt alive if they competed for a spot in the canopy layer with the tall trees and their massive crowns. Similarly saplings of canopy trees would have withered if they tried to fit in the forest understory and restrain their growth. Abundance is a manifested Uniqueness of every single soul.

So fungi play the role of roots, algae play the role of photosynthesizing foliage. Their combined effort made lichens one of the most widespread organisms on earth and essential oxygen suppliers. The human body would not be able to function properly without colonies of microorganisms residing in the guts. Our ability to digest food and maintain a physical body healthy and strong fully depends on the presence of beneficial bacteria inside the intestines.

Synergy is a creative collaboration, an evolution without competition and comparison, an act of Creation where everyone is vital and absolutely indispensable. It requires Humility to recognize as our own Worth, unique and inimitable gifts and talents as of others. It calls on Courage to become a Visionary, to be a part of something bigger and extraordinary that is yet to come, to be a pathfinder and a beacon of Light. We restore Connection to the Divine and experience profound Inner Peace. Practice of meditation works in a very similar way. We are anchoring ourselves in the silence and presence of our Being and giving ourselves a way out of a perpetual race of thoughts usually running in a loop. As soon as we step out of violent games our mind is playing we immediately submerge in the peaceful infinite waters of our divine nature and are able to see the lessons and the gifts hidden in turbulent experiences.

Atria is the world of galactic faeries in the Triangulum constellation. The guardians of this parallel reality are the keepers of elements, shapeshifters, who assume the form of the element they are guarding. Like nature spirits revered in many spiritual traditions on Earth, Atrians inhabit different lifeforms in their world. Due to the full awareness of their galactic origin they hold the strings of galactic connection between different dimensions and support their respective elements without need to be bound by karma of any of those realities. However, the difference between them is crucial. Equanimity is a conscious effort to keep mind balanced and calm under the pressure of adversity and difficulty. Serenity is an effortless peacefulness of the mind connected to the Divine. Equanimity is a vigilant lookout that patiently and timely chooses proper reactions to the external and internal stimuli. Serenity is a silent witness beyond judgment and fear that first embraces and then shifts reality in a loving and compassionate way.

Serenity is not disturbed neither by the world falling to pieces nor by celebratory triumphs and exciting pleasures. A serene mind is a body of water unresponsive to any agitation.
